We provide a range of services from initial consultation through to construction. We tailor make our offering to you based on your individual requirements.
However, we can offer the following traditional format.
1. Consultation & Design
Your home is personal to you and so we treat each project with a personal approach and create for your individual needs and requirements.
We spend time getting to know you and your family, we discuss your lifestyle, how you interact with the space and discover any issues you may have with the current layout and expectations you have for your home. By doing this we define and clarify your brief with you so we can design solutions that not only meet your agenda but your budget too.
2. Planning Advice
Making any significant changes to your home tend to require planning permission from your local council. There are various ways in which this can be done depending on your local authority and requirements. We will help advise you and support you through the correct planning processes and advise on potential timescales.
3. Structural Design
We offer a structural engineer’s package that works in conjunction with our design service. This is a very important stage as it will inform you how your proposed design will be constructed and integrated with the existing property. These drawings and calculation documents are also a requirement of Building Control, another process we can guide and support you through.
4. Project Management
Building work can be very stressful so choosing the right team of people to deliver your project is paramount. Our experienced team will help you through all the decisions, so we can help your project run smoothly and to budget. We can organise all local trades and materials, as well as making sure work is completed to current standards and signed off correctly with Building Control, which can be daunting for many.
5. Building Services
We don’t build ourselves, but we have a team of local trusted trade professionals we can call upon or even work with your own building company if required to support you through the process.
6. Interior Design Services
Our team of Interior specialists can advise you on all interior design aspects from colour, materials to use and products to buy, along with interior styling and organisation. With over 30 years experience combined we are sure to be able to help and support you bring your home together and create something beautiful for your home.
We are also massive fans of upcycling and renovating old items, so please ask our team to help advise and put together ideas for you using some of your existing home items.
